Servicing :

Apartments are clean and with fresh linen when you arrive and we will clean and change linen on your departure.  

Servicing during your stay is not supplied unless requested (see prices below).

1 bedroom add $50 per service, 2 bedroom add $65 per service.

Cancellations/Postponements:

Guests are liable for any rental amount on the period of the booking 2 weeks from the date they give notice of cancellation/postponement. 

There is 2 days grace period from the initial Booking date.
