FAQ's

We try to make your stay in our apartments as comfortable as possible. If you have any questions or problems in the apartment please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the same day.

 

Broadband/Phone

All our apartments are equipped with free ADSL Broadband. We are in the process of upgrading our broadband/phone plans and currently have over 2/3rds on very fast ADSL2 with free local and STD phone calls. If you do make International/mobile/1300 numbers we will charge to you at cost.

 

Payment

Our apartments are classed as residential so NO GST applies. Payments on credit card attract a processing fee: Visa, Mastercard = 2%, Amex & Diners = 3.5%. We are used to doing business with government departments and can invoice approved organisations.

 

Cancellations/Postponements

We require 2 weeks notification of changes to a booking otherwise the guest is liable for the full amount of the original booking. There is 2 days grace period from the initial Booking date.

 

Servicing

Apartments are clean and with fresh linen when you arrive and we will service on your departure. The apartment will have spare linen/towels and your own washing machine and dryer. Please advise us if you require servicing during your stay. Costs are @$55 each for 1 bedroom apartments and $85 each for 2 bedroom apartments.
